2. Strict Zero-Telemetry on WordPress Custom Field Data

All field values registered with MetaForge Engine reside 100% within your local WordPress database in standard native metadata storage.

3. Information We Collect from Customers

When you create an account, request a license, or submit a support ticket on our website, we collect only necessary business details:

• Account Credentials: Full name, verified business email address, and an encrypted hash of your password (stored securely using bcrypt).
• Billing & Invoice Records: Invoice numbers, plan tier, transaction identifiers, and business billing details. License fees are invoiced and collected manually via direct corporate bank transfer or direct settlement coordinated by our sales desk. We never store or handle raw debit/credit card numbers on our servers.
• License Activations: When your WordPress site connects a Pro license, our API logs the site's public domain hostname (e.g., example.com) to enforce your plan's site quota limit.
• Support Communications: Ticket messages, technical queries, and attachments provided voluntarily to resolve customer inquiries.

4. AI Provider API Key Privacy

MetaForge Engine includes optional AI schema generation features powered by OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini. If you configure your personal AI API keys inside your WordPress admin:

• Your API keys remain stored strictly on your local WordPress server or defined as wp-config.php constants.
• Requests to AI providers are dispatched directly from your WordPress server to the provider's endpoint; your keys and prompts are never sent to or stored on SearchnScore servers.

5. Data Retention & Security Measures

We protect your account data using industry-standard security practices, including 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, encrypted PostgreSQL database storage on isolated cloud infrastructure, and role-based access restrictions. Account records are retained for the duration of your active subscription and as required by Indian taxation laws for statutory audit compliance.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & Global Compliance)

Regardless of your geographic location, you have full ownership over your account data:

• Right to Access: You can view all license keys, registered domains, and invoice history directly inside the Customer Account Portal.
• Right to Rectification: You can update your account name and email at any time.
