1. Company Identity & Acceptance of Terms

MetaForge Engine (“Software”, “Plugin”, or “Service”) is a software product developed, owned, and operated by SearchnScore Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an Indian Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act of India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our website (metaforgeengine.com), downloading, installing, activating, or subscribing to MetaForge Engine or MetaForge Pro, you (“User”, “Customer”, or “Licensee”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. WordPress Licensing & GPL Compatibility

MetaForge Engine is developed specifically for the WordPress open-source ecosystem. In adherence to the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later):

• Free Core Engine: The base MetaForge Engine plugin is 100% open-source software distributed under the GNU General Public License.
• MetaForge Pro Extension: The PHP and JavaScript code that integrates with WordPress core adheres to GPL guidelines. The commercial subscription grants access to proprietary updates, automatic update servers, cloud AI prompt accelerators, license verification APIs, and premium customer support.
• Zero Vendor Lock-In Guarantee: If your commercial subscription lapses or is cancelled, all existing custom field configurations, subfields, and theme templates continue functioning without interruption via our built-in MU-plugin fallback stub.

3. Commercial Licensing, Invoicing & Manual Payment Settlement

MetaForge Pro commercial licenses are provisioned upon receipt and verification of manual payment settlement. Our commercial licensing structure operates as follows:

• Order Registration: When you select a plan, an official invoice is generated and logged under your account in pending payment status.
• Manual Settlement: Payment is collected offline via corporate bank transfer, wire, or direct invoice settlement arranged directly with our billing team.
• Manual Admin Release: Following payment verification, the system administrator releases the commercial license key directly to your Customer Account Portal.
• Domain Binding Quotas: Each tier designates the authorized number of production WordPress hostnames (Starter: 1 site, Developer Pro: 25 sites, Agency Elite: Unlimited sites). Local staging environments do not count towards the active domain quota.

4. Plugin Updates & Delivery Mechanisms

Plugin updates, including security patches, performance upgrades, and new field types, are delivered through two sanctioned methods:

• WordPress Dashboard 1-Click Update: When a valid Pro license key is connected, updates are served directly within your WordPress Plugins admin screen.
• Customer Portal Downloads: Verified customers may log into the Customer Account Portal at any time to download the latest production metaforge-pro.zip release package.

5. Technical Support Channels & SLA

Technical support is provided exclusively via:

• Support Portal: Online ticketing and tracking system available at metaforgeengine.com/support.
• Direct Engineering Inbox: Direct email assistance via support@metaforgeengine.com.
• Response Times: Standard inquiries are addressed within 12–24 business hours. Critical production issues for Pro and Agency subscribers receive priority triage within 2 hours.

6. Cancellation & Licensing Settlement Policy

Because commercial licenses are released manually upon verified payment settlement, customers are encouraged to verify project requirements prior to invoice payment. 7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international law, SearchnScore Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, including loss of profits, data corruption, or server downtime. While we test rigorously against modern WordPress releases (6.0 through 6.7+), users are advised to test updates in staging environments prior to production rollout.
